Cons:
Seagate advertises that you can stream Netflix with this product, which was one of the main selling points for me. When I decided to set up Netflix, I couldn't get it to work. I bought this with the thought that I could play Netflix movies over it to my tv. Well, it does not support Netflix Canada and only the US version.(Probably issues with Silverlight). I love the simplicity of it, plus the firmware upgrades were very easy. I can browse my server or other computer for media files easily. You may need to plug the cat5 100Mb in as the wireless does lag, even at "N" speeds. I have a DLink bridge combined with a DLink Dir-655 and it still lags on the HD movies. Out of the units available I would give this one the best options and ease of use. Plus as a note, so far none of the media players sold play Netflix Canada at all and there are no plans to make this available either...so far.
