SILVERSTONE GD01B-MXR Black Computer Case
Cons:LCD+IR Remote - Did not deliver on my expectations.

Pros:Well built: everything fits together very well, no lose parts or anything like that.Roomy, 2x5.25" external bays (if you need them).A good candidate for a silent PC.

Overall the box is great.Problems comes with the LCD+IR Remote. The IR Remote is "non-standard" in two ways:1. Can't be recognized by Windows and needs a special software to be running. I would not be a problem if the software was not constantly accessing my HDD. I have no idea what for it reads/writes something every second or so.2. Second problem is much worse - the IR Remote uses "non-standard" IR commands which can not be taught to a universal remote. That fact pretty much makes that remote useless for me.Also, the LCD is pretty useless (at least for me).I would definitely recommend that case, but get the version without LCD+IR Remote (SST-GD01B-R). I am very impressed. Bought from Tigerdirect.com and this case does it's job very well. If you want a HTPC, you can't go wrong here. The only drawback, odds are you cannot use all 6 hard drive bays. Thing are tight inside, and to have the room needed for a fullsize motherboard and plug ins, I could only use 4 of the 6. Other than that,...Outstanding!

This is a great case. Very easy to fit lots of stuff. The VFD is good, the software is pretty solid, and media center info is displayed very nicely. Don't forget to hook up power to the vfd, otherwise it will not work. the VFD is powered from a adapter that goes between the mobo's main power harness.
