I bought this to cool a Athlon X2 4850e inside an enclosure that was too low for the stock cooler. It keeps the CPU at a respectable temperature. I would have given it 5 stars except that the bottom of the heat sink had several dings and scratches on it.

Pros:- Silent cooling- easy installation

Very pleased with this product. The large aluminium heatsink is very easy to install with only 4 screws and replacing the bracket on the motherboard.Cooling is very good and the fan is not noisy at all. Currently using this in a small foot print media centre machine and it is well worth the money.
