I bought this for my daughter because it was very inexpensive yet had a gig of video ram and is a 9000 series card. I was hoping it would work for her and I cant believe how good it actually is! She can run the system resources-sucking Age of Conan without a blink. Pretty amazing for a card that cheap! I am impressed!

Bought this as part of a bare bones kit. Have always wanted to build (or at least assemble) my own computer. Having never put one together before, I was extremely impressed. 2 1/2 hours after opening the box, had it assembled, the O.S. loaded and now I have a pc that my 2 teen aged boys are envious of.... It screams

I received it faster than I thought, Took out my old card and popped this one in and bingo! everything was faster and looked great. I'm a happy camper

OK! it was a breeze to install and the drivers went in with Vista quickly. I'm running it with an AMD 4200 & 3g of ram. With FarCry2 with maxed out Vid options nary a hicough. For a budget minded user I give a big 2 thumbs up

I got this for my barebones that I also got at this store, I got it out very soon after ordering, put it into my motherboard, and installed the drivers..... Wow, I didn't know that certain games could run this well on ANY computer. It is stunning, to see games like Black and White 2, and Half Life 2: Episode 1 and 2 running crystal clear with no lag and the settings all the way up. This gives way too much bang for your buck to be this low priced. Get this... You won't regret it for a single second.

I bought one of these not knowing what to expect being so cheap but I liked it so much I bought a second one for another computer. It runs Unreal Tournament 3 at the highest settings.

I am running Linux Ubuntu 8.1 Interpid Ibex. This operating system had an issue witht the ATI Radeon Express 200 on board video card thgat came with the computer. I bought the Sparkle GeForce 9400 GT Video Card - 1GB DDR2, DVI, VGA, PCI-Express 2.0 and I was able to download a driver from the "Synaptic Package Manager" and the GeForce 9400GT is running great. The graphics are awesome and the videos that are run from the internet run very fast and smooth. I highly recommend this video card. It is easy to install and configure.

Not the most expensive, not the cheapest, does a good job on DOOM 3. I'm happy w/ it.

Not bad for a bidget video card. It's better than running onboard graphics. Works great for kids games. Once the kids get older and need more power I will upgrade.

Good value. Easy to install under Ubuntu 9.04 with the NVidia driver update. 2 RAMDACs, so I got a cheapo $4 HDMI-VGA converter (not included) for a nice, sharp 3360x1050 dual VGA display. Just what I wanted.

This card is great it solved all my freeze ups during game play, and the picture viewer is much more clear I can zoom in more before pixelization occours

I installed this video card with ease as an upgrade to the Nvidia 2400 HD card that came with my Gateway Computer. My Windows experience rating immediately jumped from 3.5 to 5.1. I do a lot of video editing and the change in picture clarity was very noticeable. If this weren't enough, my computer is now operating much quieter. Huge improvements for a relatively small price!

This video card rock! But warning! The installation CD that comes with the card does not work on Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit. The manual file contained in the CD does not even have any instruction on how to install the card on Vista, although the packaging cartoon says Certified for Windows Vista. Good I did not install the card before running the installation CD. Upon realizing that the CD does not work on Vista, I went straight to the Sparkle website to download the driver software file for Windows Vista 64-bit ... a huge 126 mb file. After running the setup of the driver software file, I shut down and installed the hardware. And on boot up ... Voila! Comparing the onboard display adapter with this card ... the difference is night and day! Best card for the price.

I purchased this card to replace an older model. My screen displays were subject to change, without notice (using windows xp) but now everything works great. This was a great value for a video card with lots of perfromance capabilities.

I purchased this card to replace an 8500GT with noisy fan. This card is so much quieter and actually runs 10C cooler. This card also performs better with a Vista WEI - Graphics 5.0/Gaming Graphics 5.3. Windows 7 - 4.9/5.8. Also, I notice Sparkle has improved on their warranty which, for cards purchased in North America from May 1/09, is now 3 years instead of 1 year.
