THE PROCUCT WORKS FINE FOR TRANSFORING MY VIDEO'S FROM MY CAMCORDER TO THE PC. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT I ORDERED A 6FT CORD AND GOT ONE THAT'S 4FT. |
First problem: cable is advertised as being 6-foot, it's only 4-foot. Second problem: cable didn't work. It wasn't broken but was manufactured incorrectly, pins 2 and 3 of the four pin connector were reversed. Of course it took me a while to figure this out. No problems getting a refund, as long as you follow the procedure. Decided to pick up a firewire cable locally instead of gambling on another Sabrent cable.
