If I had known that this product does not work on Vista Operating System, I wouldn't have purchased. Now I have to go through the trouble of returning the product. A suggestion: if you have Vista OS, don't purchase this product until you want to find out that it doesn't work for yourself.

This is definitely not USB1.1 compatible, it wont start up, you've got to have USB2.0. I had it on a Win2K machine 1.3Ghz AMD and 256meg ram, but there is a 1s lag between the sound and video. You need a faster machine, their min requirements are wrong. I put it on a 2ghz laptop with XP Professional and USB2.0, and its performance is fine.

Nothing but trouble. I checked online to see if it was compatible with vista, and it always just said that min requirements were windows 2000 or xp. I can't get it working! The software can't detect it, or can't load properly. I asked for help from their tech support and they gave me another program to load up for vista. The instructions weren't clear, and even when I got that program working, all lI would see was a black screen. Look at this. Should anything that anyone buys have to be this troublesome to install? http://www.sabrent.com/drivers/TVTUNERsupport.htm they speak of serial numbers, but i have no place to even put the number! I can't honestly say how good this is, because I haven't gotten it working yet. This product is nothing but a headache. I also can't get the remote to work. I even got the blue screen of death a few times and had to do a system restore to re-try installing it. BLEhhhhh
