Best mouse ever made nuff said....Srsly I've used 4 different razer mouses and 5 different logitech mouses. Nothing compares to this mouse. It has everything and more. The dpi, the buttons, the customability all comes to gather and make the ultimate mouse especially for gamers. Don't miss it.

Saitek Cyborg R.A.T. 7 5600 DPI Laser Gaming Mouse
Cons: Attachments could be more to choose from, but at present it will get just about any hand to fit and comfortably.

Pros: Very responsive, Software is extremely useful and customizable. Have to agree with Linus on how great this mouse is!
Comment:
Would buy again and again! Dont be fooled by the movable parts as it will be very ridged once you tighten adjustment screws.

Saitek Cyborg R.A.T. 7 5600 DPI Laser Gaming Mouse
Cons: no interchangeable thumbrest, everything else is interchangable so why not the thumb rest and the left and right mouse buttons

Pros: everything is flawless that the mouse comes with drivers and software included
Comment:
so far the mouse is perfect no quams with it at all installed flawlessly on my pc (use it with a greyish aluminum mousepad and works fine) extremely customizeable does need another pinky rest as well as adjustable thumb and left and right mouse buttons to pretty much build up the mouse and make it customizeable but flawless in all other aspects, the thumb rest moves forward or backwards also into the mouse body or away from the mouse body to adjust to the length of your thumb as well ass how you grip the mouse with your thumb, the palm rest stock works just fine for my palm depth and moves forwards and backwards to adjust to your finger lengths, the tool is kept on the mouse so you cant lose it, the pinky rests are great but i wish the could move away from the mouse body like the thumb rest does as i have wide hands, sniper mode btton with adjustable dpi settings is great aspect as well and only works while held down to eliminate the need to toggle it on or off, currently using the mouse with only 3 weights in it (just a preference) no huge weight gain or loss with removing the weights or using them all, one thing i did forget though is the cyborg mode toggling button can be a bit odd to change with your pointer finger just due to positioning and it is fairly firm so it does take a little effort

Saitek Cyborg R.A.T. 7 5600 DPI Laser Gaming Mouse
Cons: - A tad back-heavy. You can adjust the weight though, so that's fine.- Priced quite high, though not necessarily a con

Pros: - Good solid high-quality feel- Looks amazing- Scroll bars and buttons are very clicky and nice- Adjustable & does what it says it claims to do quite well
Comment:
The mouse itself is quite good. The mouse is made of high quality material, the thing can be adjusted quite a bit, and overall it's just a very nice mouse. Switching from a very basic laser mouse, it does take some getting used to (at least for me). It's slightly wider than a basic mouse, though most high-end mice are like that. A big thing to note is that the mouse feels a tad bit back-heavy. I control the mouse at the front-half of the device with my fingertips, so when I moved the mouse side-to-side the back would stay a little bit more stationary than I would have liked. I fixed this simply by removing all but one of the adjustable weights which come inside the mouse. The hex-wrench device which is attached to the mouse and can be detached to adjust various components on the mouse actually adds a tiny bit of weight to the back as well, and I'm finding operating the mouse without it screwed into the back actually helps with the weight distribution. Anyways, all picky things set aside, it's a great mouse. I'm glad I got it.

Cons: none

Pros: -smooth/sensitive tracking-crosshair/sniping button -non-greasy exterior-adjustments are easy to do
Comment:
Previously owned a Razer Lachesis mouse and the rat 7 totally annihilates it. The difference in quality is quite noticeable when playing games. Best mouse on the market in my opinion.

Saitek Cyborg R.A.T. 7 5600 DPI Laser Gaming Mouse
Cons: - Will feel a little heavy if your used to using a light mouse even with the weights gone- the thumb swing out is a little hard to do if you have the palm rest pushed all the way in-The thumb rest slider i feel doesn't quite come far back enough my way. (Again this is being a finger tip style mouse gamer, palm grippers should have no issues with this)

Pros: -Comfortable-Adjustable-Easy to change DPI on the fly-Sniper button DPI slow down is a major plus-Materials used feel good quality-For Fingertip mousers like me, having the interchangeable pinky grip was a major plus.
Comment:
This is by far the best mouse Ive owned. Im both an I.T tech and an avid gamer, and I have no complaints about this what so ever. For the last 2 years Ive used the Razer Lachesis which is a great mouse for finger tip style users. Ive had a really tough time finding anything to replace it. Ive tried both the G9x and the Razer Naga, as well as various other newer mouses. But this is the only one that can really go above the Lachesis. Utilizing the customization options are both quick and easy. I've heard about issues of the mouse not responding on dark surfaces and also having a response time issue when lifting the mouse off the desk or mouse pad. None of these issues effect my unit in any way. There is absolutely no lag time when lifting the mouse and also I use the razer destructor, which is a dark mouse pad and have had no issues with tracking either. Thanks and hopes this helps.

Saitek Cyborg R.A.T. 7 5600 DPI Laser Gaming Mouse
Cons: Adjustability seems too gimicky... I'd like to see height/angle adjustability in something this expensive.

Pros: Adjustable, easy layout, smooth operation
Comment:
First off, this thing is HEAVY. Without the 35g of weights, it's still heavier than my CM storm sentinel. The big pinky piece is useless, and it's quite cumbersome in general. It'll probably take me some time to get used to it. It just doesn't seem to fit my hand very well.

Saitek Cyborg R.A.T. 7 5600 DPI Laser Gaming Mouse
Cons: Software isn't the greatest

Pros: Solidly built, ridiculously adjustable
Comment:
This is a very unique mouse - if you're like me you will spend literally hours adjusting it until it's just right for you. Adjusting it is also very quick and painless and the tool for it will never get lost since it's attaches to the mouse. You have your standard buttons like any other mouse except for a few different ones. There is a thumb scroll wheel which you can bind either direction to different keystrokes with the included software. There's also a button to switch between 3 different profiles on the fly and another button to adjust DPI on the fly. Finally there is the "sniper" button which when held down reduces the DPI by a customizable percentage for more precision aiming in FPS games.Don't let the pics fool you, the mouse is actually really comfortable once you get it adjusted to your liking. It is really surprising how much of a difference the different palm and pinky rests make - I only wish they made more of them. I would even consider buying more if they were sold seperately - it's rather addicting adjusting this thing. The software gets the job done but is kind of clunky, especially for customizing the buttons. The mouse would be a lot better if I could customize the DPI and Profile switching buttons as I have little use for them and would rather bind them to other things. Overall it's a solid product.
