Cons:Small left selector knob, but is easily replaced with an after-market generic larger one(as identified by my brother, who received his before I did mine).

If you use autopilot, you need this panel. Simply Dial in your Alt, VS, IAS, HDG, or CRS. Nice layout makes clicking on screen controls a thing of the past. Full Flap control. plus a pitch Trim Wheel. Very fast control and feedback with onscreen display.
