Cons:None that I have found so far.

Pros:Fast and easy setup. Works flawlessly on both my Mac and my PC. Compact size.

Comment:
So far the printer has worked very nicely. Print quality is good. Wireless is stable and printer wakes from power save and is ready to print in almost no time at all. It is also quieter than my older laser printer too. For the price I think it was a good deal.
