David_P@NCIX Rating: Review Date: 01/26/12	Samsung S23A300B 23IN Widescreen LCD Monitor LED Backlit 1920X1080 5ms 250CD/M2 5M:1DC DVI VGA Black Cons:- Stand is kind of flimsy, but not a problem for me- No pivots, height adjustment, or tilts Pros:- Nice color and brightness- Sleek design- Very light weight (easy for transport) Comment: I bought this monitor just for my media tower, mainly for watching videos and a little gaming. Samsung screens tend to have one of the better color for monitors and has an overall nicer design than other brands (my opinion). Works great, but I might not consider this ideal for gaming. Just for causal use, it is great.

Pros:Great buy when I bought it, $149 with free shipping and wipes I'll probably never use. Comment: Not including a DVI cable is just lame, should have checked but one can assume right? The last LG and Benq LCD's I bought over last 6 years have came with a cable. Why not Samsung?

I personally like the colours as they are vivid, bright, and crisp. Samsung also offers a lot of programs to help tweak your settings with your mouse instead of using the buttons on the monitor. Overall a great monitor.

The LED backlighting makes for a thin, light monitor with can use an external AC adapter. The default color setting is a bit bland so you need to tweak the settings to get brighter colors.

It only came with a VGA cable and I would have preferred a DVI, but I knew that before I bought It. The color are bright and vivid and the details are sharp. This is a great monitor for the price.

Other than that no real complaints. Pros:Great colours and brightness. Comment: Great monnitor all round. Great contrast in colours and a great design. This was the second Samsung monitor I bought and they are both really nice. I pricematched it for $164.99 so I'm very happy for what I got with that price.

Even the back looks good. I generally do not like capacitive buttons because they feel less safe than physical ones, but the ones on this screen work very well. Also, we never get tired of those blue LED indicators... Finally, for the price, it give a picture of high quality (full HD) : the color are warm and lively and the details are very sharp.Note that no DVI cable come with this item, but that's generally the case with any screens.
