Got mine with zero dead pixels. The exterior design is basic, yet elegant. As one would expect from a TN panel, the viewing angles and colours are far inferior to those of IPS panels. However, it isn't at an IPS price either, so it wouldn't be a fair comparison. |
After two weeks I'm very happy with this monitor. It happens to have the same resolution as my Samsung TV, so it's very convenient when extending the display to the TV. I upgraded from a 19" LCD at 1280x1024, so I'm still getting used to the size of it. I don't have any complaints yet however, the image is very crisp, and the colours are excellent. The only little glitch I noticed one morning was I that couldn't turn it on. I realized soon that my fingers were too cold (had just come in from outside). The touch controls can be a bit sensitive that way, but it's only once been an inconvenience.
