SanDisk Xtreme 32GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive
Cons:Glossy Plastic (For slider) scratches easilySome light bleed around the slider when small blue led indicator is flashingEncryption Software does not recognize that the USB drive is made by SanDisk if you have any software (ASUS USB 3.0 Turbo/UEFI for example) between the USB and the softwareLoop for the keychain is made out of plastic and will break easily
Pros:Extremely FastMore affordable then an SSD Based Flash Drive (but slower)Lifetime WarrantyFree Encryption Software |
This is one of the best USB flash drives that I have used. It is fast, and sometimes even passes it's claimed read and write speeds. The Encryption Software does not recognize that the USB drive is made by SanDisk if you have any software (ASUS USB 3.0 Turbo/UEFI for example) between the USB and the software and it only works with Mac, and Windows so you might need to use Wine for Linux users. It has a lifetime warranty which is amazing, and is priced at an affordable price. The glossy Plastic slider scratches easily, and should not have been glossy. The glossy looks great for the first 5 seconds and then it gets covered in finger prints and scratches. The loop for the keychain is made out of plastic and will break easily. Even though there are cons, at the end, an USB drive is an USB drive so if it does it's job, then it is good, and it does, it does it's job really well. It is extremely fast for a non SSD controller based flash drive and surpasses my previous flash drives by twice or even triple the speed. This is an excellent contender for your money and I recommend you think twice before going with a crazy expensive SSD controller based flash drive.
