I tried to mount a 24 inch Acer monitor and this desk arm could not hold it level. The monitor was well less than the 20 lb limit. Called customer support and tried a few of their tricks along with an alternate bolt they sent me... no luck. The product wouldn't be bad for smaller monitors, but it will not hold a 24 inch monitor up to 20 lbs as advertized.

This is a great option instead of mounting the monitor to the wall.

Once assembled the stand works ok. Directions for assembly leave a lot to be desired, and once assembled adjustments don't like to hold. I would recommend using heavy pliars and locktite to cinch adjustments once completed.

Knowing that this product works perfectly,saves lots of desktop space, is ergonomically designed, and is such a bargain, you could not find a better deal on a desk mount. GET IT!!!

Nice arm for the price. The material is of good, sturdy, quality metal and everything hold tight. The directions included are not the best and some of the parts do not match up to what is instructed; this requires some common sense and adaptation to assemble. You will end up having to play around with the parts to figure out how to set it up to fit your setup. I bought 2 of them for my home office, so once you figure out one its just wash/rinse/repeat. the cable ''sheath'' that comes with it (the thing used to keep the cables tucked in the center of the stand) is very flimsy and doesnt do its job very well. not a big deal to me though

Easy to assemble, even though instructions didn't match exactly (one part was not yet attached as shown). Had to modify the attachment to the desk slightly to compensate for a narrow overhang, but works great. Extremely easy to adjust the arm as needed. Great price for the product!
