Sanyo Xacti FH1 Full HD Digital Camcorder Black 1920X1080P 60FPS 10X Optical Zoom HDMI
Cons:Quality control issue with mine (an intermittent pink vertical line appears on recorded videos).Image stabilization is poor (better use a tripod or have very steady hands.)No external mics port.FullHD MP4 files can be a pain to edit even on a powerful computer.

Pros:Outstanding picture quality for the price.Above average low-light recordings.Records in MP4 format (can be viewed directly and uploaded to youtube without modifications).
Comment:
I got mine and was immediately impressed with the video quality. However, after a few recordings, a pink vertical line started to appear in my videos every now and then. It doesn't seem to be related to recording mode since I tried them all and it appeared in all modes at least once. For those who are curious, here's a sample video I uploaded on YouTube to show the problem (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BTguKvcBL_0). I will send it back a get the exact same model as a replacement because I think the quality is excellent. Unfortunately, Sanyo may still have problems with quality control. Let's hope my next one is problem free.

Sanyo Xacti FH1 Full HD Digital Camcorder Black 1920X1080P 60FPS 10X Optical Zoom HDMI
Cons:- Mounting screw for tripod is on the far right side of the base. This makes it inconvenient to leave a quick release tripod bracket attached to the camera as it will stick out to the right side and makes it uncomfortable to hold the camera by hand.

Pros:- Works well in low light- 60p video recording- Excellent video quality- Easy to use interface
Comment:
Overall I am loving this camera. The only downside is the tripod mounting position as described above. I am planning to drill a new hold in my tripod quick release bracket to move the mounting screw and fix this problem. One issue I encountered was when I found that my 60p video recording was actually only 30 fps with each frame duplicated. This was fixed by disabling the noise filtering capabilities of the camera. I have yet to find any documentation about why this was the case though...Videos are recorded as Quicktime MP4s, and you had better have a darned fast computer before trying to work with them much. The super slow motion capture modes are definitely a great feature and work very well. One thing to be aware of is that they do not work very well with indoor lighting (causes flickering because it is oscillating at 60Hz), but outdoor is great!
