Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 900MHZ 3GB 5.0GHZ GDDR5 2xDVI HDMI 2x Mini-DP HDCP W/BOOTST PCI-E Video Card
Cons:Fans a bit loud at full speed, though still bearable.
Pros:Cheap when on sale. Not voltage locked even though you have to use Sapphire Trixx to modify it. |

Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 900MHZ 3GB 5.0GHZ GDDR5 2xDVI HDMI 2x Mini-DP HDCP W/BOOTST PCI-E Video Card
Cons:Idle temp is ~46 degrees in summer weather
Pros:Fairly quiet Comment:
Upgraded from a Gigabyte HD6850 and very satisfied now that I can play all my games in highest settings. Haven't pushed the limits with overclocking yet. |
Bought a few of these for Litecoin mining. So far they've been working like champs! The ability to adjust voltages is a pretty awesome feature here because at its default voltage of 1.25V, temps would get as high as 94C. Any higher and it would start throttling the clock speed to drop the temps down.Apparently the sleeve bearings on the fans will fail sooner than later, but at least they won't spew oil all over your card when they do fail like a fluid dynamic bearing would.
