Scythe Kama Flow 2 120mm case fan 1400RPM - Retail
Cons:Not as pretty as slipstreams
Pros:Quiet, Under-volts well Comment:
Got this with the 1900RPM model. Both under-volt as good, no clicking or buzzing noises when under-volted. Use this for front panel exhaust on my PC-A05B which has a fair bit on impedance. Good quality fan.I would go with the 1900RPM model only in the future as it under-volts just as well as this model. |
These are the best fans now for general heatsink/radiator/intake applications if noise is a priority. As much as I love the gentle typhoon, it has bearing noise at certain voltages, which makes it difficult to find a perfect spot for low noise application.I would recommend this to everyone who's looking for a high quality silent fan. This fan at 7V is just dead silent offering very good performance.
