Scythe SY1212SL12L Case Fan
Cons:
-Low airflow
Pros: +Quiet+Slim Comment:
This fan is perfect for those spaces where there is little clearance for a fan. It fits well on side panels of cases as well as low profile heat sinks. It is also good for adding a fan to a location that may need a bit of extra airflow. The only thing to watch for is that the airflow is very low. in those cases you may want to look at the faster(louder) kaze slims. |

Scythe SY1212SL12L Case Fan
Cons:
low cfm and pressure
Pros: slim profilequiet Comment:
Nice fan for use in an HTPC case. I'm using a Thermalright AXP-140 heatsink in a SG05 case and a 12mm thick fan is the only one that will fit. A 20mm one will probably work but will be touching the bottom of the PSU. It's a very quiet fan but when placed on a heatsink it's a little noisier if you put your ear close to it. You still can't hear it if it's inside a case though. Also the airflow drops dramatically due to almost no pressure. However, it still gets the job done. The extra 120mmx25mm case fan will help it out anyways. |

useful for cooling in tight spot, for is thickness it move a decent amount of air. Not very expensive for the quality as every scythe fans i have tried so far.It can't compete with 25mm fan but if there no such space they are very handy
