Scythe SY1225SL12LM-P Case Fan
Cons:Wish the wire was longer.
Pros:Quiet and have the PWM plug Comment:
First time buying these fans and found them to work great. They are fairly quiet which is great. I have a full size case so I had to lengthen the wires to reach my fan controller. |

Scythe SY1225SL12LM-P Case Fan
Cons:short life-span???
Pros:quietno strange buzzing/vibrations Comment:
it's a good pwm fan that is quiet. mounted two of these in push-pull on a scythe mugen 2 rev b to cool my i5 2500k. works well. no buzzing or vibrating at all in my antec p183. good stuff!it'd be nice if fan clips were included, though. oh well. apparently, the type of bearing is only good for vertical mounting though, and the life-time isn't exactly stellar. a few years MTBF |

Scythe SY1225SL12LM-P Case Fan
Cons:
-None
Pros: -Quiet -Cools well-Price Comment:
I got this fan to replace the one that came with my scythe big shuriken cpu cooler. It keeps my silverstone sg02 case cool. Would buy this fan again in the future. |
Good fans. They do the job, but they are not silent. By no means are they loud, either. My biggest gripe is that the power connectors are very short. I know that they are PWM fans, but some people like to route their cables behind the motherboard tray, and to do this, you have to have extentions. Thankfully, I had some.
