Seagate still won't let me down

I purchased this drive to upgrade the 500 GB inside my Apple Time Capsule. My Time Capsule runs significantly cooler, and is still just as silent as ever. I've always trusted my data to Seagate, and this is just another reason why I will continue to do so. On top of that, the price I paid was well worth making my Time Capsule more useful and last longer. |

Pros:Largest Capacity currently available, Quicker then WD Greens, Low Power. Comment:
I bought one of these to replace the system drive in my Acer Aspire EasyStore Home Server. It's quicker than the WD Greens and has almost as good power specs. Plenty fast for storing and streaming videos. Still a bit pricey but the best option for the highest capacity per drive slot. Once I fill this one up I'm certain I'll get another one of these. |
I purchased 2 of these units to install into a brand new Drobo and couldn't be happier. It will take a while before I need to add drives to the Drobo but I am happy that I started with 2 Tb units instead of filling up the 4 bays with 1 Tb units. The drives arrived quickly and safely and were installed and functional in mere seconds.
