Cons:800GB platters, not the newer 1TB platters.

Pros:128MB of cache. Runs cool.

Comment:
Massive capacity (as of April 2013). Really shines in RAID arrays. Five year warranty. Using this to store my movies. Not so much concerned with the absolute fastest HDD on the market, but rather more concerned about reliability which is important for me.
