This is an amiable headphone for $40 period. I was looking for a comfort headphone with good sound reproduction. One I had was good for music, but it pressed my ears like a vice =(After some research, I gambled to buy a headphone without wearing it first. It paid off well for that time though. The ear pad is warm and soft. The skin is fabric which ventilates the earlobes. This headphone comes with a cord winder - one less wire to take care of. I think the cord itself is thick enough to survive in couple of accidents.The phone itself is awesome except one thing: bass. The bass is too strong that it muzzles treble and middle range in some extent. However, you may like that if rock or hip hop is your choice of music. There are two things to consider before buying it:1. This is an open-air headphone, so there is no noise isolation for in&out side.2. Price match it if you want. $90 for this is a joke. Best headphone I have ever bought. People thinks I paid over 100$ for it! If you Pricematch or get it on sale, it's TOTALLY worth it. Professional headphones, watching movies or playing games with the HD415 is awesome.They look great too! The picture on NCIX isn't that great, it looks better than that.

If you can grab a pair of these on sale, you will not be disappointed. Very high quality. I am using a SB X-FI Xtreme Audio card and the clarity with these headphones is amazing.

Got a set of these on sale, and have not regretted it. I've been using them with my X-Fi and the sound clarity is great. The bass was a little too loud for me straight out of the box, but easily fixed in my equalizer settings. Comfortable to wear even while gaming for several hours in a row.
