Basically a SATA power cable on my PSU cracked, so I either had the choice of glueing it or buying one of these. In the end I did buy this (after trying to glue it :D) and it works great for a solution. |

The unit I received has 2 S-ATA power connectors from the Molex power connector, which is a plus VS only 1 S-ATA power connector. It has been doing its purpose for the past days and I am satistified with it, what else is there to say about a simple adapter, I will get another one when I add HDs to my Windows Home Server. |

I had to use this for an old IDE hard drive. Worked like a charm, no problems with the power flow. It's a great little item for stuff like this. |
This works fine and is handy to have in a pinch, but really is rather expensive for what it is.But I guess when you need it, you don't have any other choice.I wish it was longer, as this would allow for easier cable routing, especially on new cases which allow you to route your cables behind the motherboard tray.
