The sleeves are closely-knitted, so you can't see the wire inside at all, no matter how you bend the cables. The white is very clean and crisp, not the dull dirty look. The PSU's connector popped right into the extension, and the extension easily fit into my graphics card. Has a nice weight to it. It's heavy, but definitely not some light flimsy extension. Very good build.
