Silverstone Precision PS04B ATX Black Aluminum Mid Tower Case 4X5.25 1X3.5 5X3.5INT No PS
Cons:
thin metal
Pros: CheapSilvermetalcool design Comment:
well you get what you pay for, and there is little plastic feel to this. But the metal is thin. It will probably be ok if you just don't move your desktop a lot or kick it in frustration x). Works great for a budget build. |

Silverstone Precision PS04B ATX Black Aluminum Mid Tower Case 4X5.25 1X3.5 5X3.5INT No PS
Cons:
Very light construction.
Pros: Looks great Comment:
Bought this for a budget build for 30$. It looks good but the metal is very thin and the inside edges of the case are not folded to prevent cutting your fingers like on more expensive cases.Glas I bought It on sale as I would have been disapointed had I paid retail price for it. |

Silverstone Precision PS04B ATX Black Aluminum Mid Tower Case 4X5.25 1X3.5 5X3.5INT No PS
Cons:
Case feels flimsy. Thin metal lets noise pass pretty easily.
Pros: Cheap, light, lots of drive bays, comes with the basis IO ports in front. Comment:
This is used as a media server. The thin metal doors tend to pass sound pretty easily, so the components inside need to be quiet if you don't want noise.Other then that, it's your basic case. All the ports and screw holes were where they needed to be. Had no alignment issues anywhere. |

Silverstone Precision PS04B ATX Black Aluminum Mid Tower Case 4X5.25 1X3.5 5X3.5INT No PS
Cons:
-Cable management options-No replaceable expansion card covers-3.5 bays not spaced properly
Pros: -Nice finish inside and out-Low cost Comment:
The case itself looks really good for the cost. The interior is also finished in black and comes with black screws. They even supplied extra motherboard supports (more is always better). The panels are very thin but that is expected at this price. I had to really shove the hard drive in because the 3.5 bays were not spaced properly. Not sure if it is a defect or the thin metal just warped slightly over time. |

Silverstone Precision PS04B ATX Black Aluminum Mid Tower Case 4X5.25 1X3.5 5X3.5INT No PS
Cons:
No PSU intake filter. (Bottom mount PSU)
Pros: Price, painted interior, aluminum construction. Comment:
Picked this up when it was on sale with "free shipping for entire order". Didn't currently have a need for a low(er) end case, but couldn't pass it up.At this price point, only so much you can expect, but this has pretty well everything you'd want in a low(er) end case. Tool-less HDD/ODD installation, mostly aluminum construction (front panel is plastic), and most importantly, a fully painted interior. They even went so far as to include painted motherboard mounts and screws for PSU installation. It only ships with one fan (what do you expect at this price.... ) and the front panel is a pain to get off (for front fan installation) until you figure out the trick.... use a nutdriver with a 5.5 metric socket to push on the rounded tabs and they'll pop right through the mounting holes. The only real minus I can give to the case is the lack of any form of filter for the bottom mounted PSU intake. With a top mount case it doesn't matter as the PSU intake will be filtered by the case, but in this case, it won't be long before the PSU fan requires some form of cleaning.Overall, very impressed, and this is certainly top of my current list for budget case suggestions. |
For a budget case this is pretty decent, i wouldnt really suggest shipping a system in it though, seems like it would dent and break.
