This was purchased for someone who didn't want to carry their power adapter between two locations that they frequently moved between. It's actually identical to the one that came with their notebook, other than the cable that allows the ends to be swapped.Despite Sparkle/Fortron manufacturing desktop power supplies, this power adapter is manufactured by Delta Electronics, which is a huge OEM of notebook power adapters.If your notebook power adapter is 65 watts and 19 volts this power adapter will likely work, but be sure to check that your notebook is on the list of compatible notebooks just to be sure.
