Fit was very good - does not slip off. Dropped it twice and it bounces around with out any damage - very sweet! I drop it a lot less now because of the 'skin', and keeps it from sliding around on my car dash. Cons: The thin edge at the bottom opening feels flimsy, like it will wear out or rip, but so far no issue. Because it's rubbery, don't plan on sliding it easily in and out of your pocket. Oh, and you'll get strange skin impressions if you press it against your cheek while talking...
