Cons:Only 300W. Probably good enough for most, but a stretch if you have high power requirements.
Pros:VERY rare power supply that has a 6-pin AUX power connector. Still strong after a year of 24/7 usage. |
If your MB uses a 6-pin AUX, this is the PS to get. I've had no problems after a year. MB=Gigabyte 8IHXP, P4 3.06GHz, 4x HDs, 2x optical, 1x DLT8000 tape drive, video=Radeon HD4650.If you need more than 300W, you should consider getting a modern PS and using an adapter cable like this one:http://www.atxpowersupplies.com/6-pin-aux-connector-adapter.php
