I've used a tone of these - use them with the Seasonic SS-350ET Power Supplies to hook them up to newer motherboards that require the 6-pin power adapter. For a cheap system build, they meet my needs and allow me to use a somewhat cheap but sturdy Power Supply. It is a fairly short length but, given the position of the Mobo Power connectors, I have never had an issue with it.
