If you have a laptop and a desktop this is a "must have", especially at the price. Sooner or later you'll need to plug a 2.5" hdd into your mATX or ATX rig so you can salvage the data off of it (my nephew's laptop died and I rescued his files).I have never been disappointed by Startech products. This is yet another excellent and useful tool.
