I bought this to put an old laptop optical drive into and to use as an external dvd drive. I wasn't expecting much, but I really am impressed with this product. The metal construction feels really great, and it looks very sleek as well. The optical drive fits perfectly into this enclosure, and performs well without any problems. I would recommend this product.
