Seemed like there wasn't much of an o-ring but it doesnt seem to leak. The fitting seemed loose around where it is able to spin/rotate however again it doesn't seem to rotate.It is a bit tough to tighten on as the part you tighten with is not much larger than the fitting, and its not very wide to get pliers on. It was designed not to use a wrench. I have a pair of plumbing pliers that I wrapped in tape to try and avoid scratching it but still managed to get a few nicks onto it. Oh well.
