I was Going to Get the MCP350 Pump, but i would've had to buy the after market top to fit my 1/2 Barbs, and voiding the 2 year warranty of the pump. So i decided to go with the MCP35X pump supports any size barbs or compression fittings out of the box plus comes with 1/2 barbs, so no need for aftermarket top thus voiding the warranty. I was recommended to get this pump over the MCP350 if i had the money, So I did. |
Very impressed with the performance of this pump it packs a good punch in a small package. The PWM feature works perfectly. With the pump set to 25% speed my TX650 power supply (which is a very quiet psu) completely drowns out any pump noise. Even at full speed the pump noise is non offensive.Should note there is a couple of seconds start up delay on the pump, I thought mine was DOA when I was trying to bleed the loop at first.
