TP-Link Network TL-SG1024D 24 Port Gigabit DESKTOP/RACKMOUNT Switch 10/100/1000M Retail
Cons:None
Pros:Price on SaleWorks Comment:
The switch is working fine. Its an unmanaged switch so there is nothing to do as far as setting it up. The sale price was also a deciding factor. When I received the switch I realized I ordered the wrong one. I wanted the one that fit in a server rack. This fits on the desk and the rack but is much smaller. They are the same but the width is different. Uses a lot less power than my layer 3 enterprise switch and it has no fans which helps with the noise. I really don't need a managed switch so I may get another to replace the old one and save on power. |

Cons:Unmanaged
Pros:24 ports, 10k Jumbo Frames, silent, got it under 90$ with a pricematch. Comment:
Decided to buy a 24 ports switch to replace all the 5 & 8 ports I had. I went for this one 1- for the price and 2- after I read the reviews around the web. Getting 100-120 mbYtes /sec with this switch. |
No setup require, just a dumb switch. Have two of these running in a high moisture and heat environment ( 45C in Summers ) and works amazing, haven't had any issues yet!
