TP-Link TG-3468 Gigabit PCIe Network Adapter
Cons:None
Pros:WorksPrice Comment:
I ordered this one about a week ago but it was being shipped via ground, discount shipping. I need one before it was going to arrive so I bought one locally which was about $4 more, that's why I shop online. It worked fine in my Untangle firewall but the one I bought didn't have the low bracket. I changed them out and they both work fine. |

TP-Link TG-3468 Gigabit PCIe Network Adapter
Cons:nothing at all
Pros:Work fine as describ Comment:
Come with a low profile bracket. Does the job. Not a good choice if you are expecting workstation type broadcom or intel NIC. but almost as equivalent |

TP-Link TG-3468 Gigabit PCIe Network Adapter
Cons:-hard to see chipset #-probably not as good as an intel ct pro card?
Pros:-inexpensive-1 led indicator for each speed (10/100/1000)-low profile bracket included-pcie-common realtek chip (RTL 8168E) (therefore decent driver support) Comment:
Sold it before I had a chance to use it, coworker needed a card.Other, this card came as rev:2.0 and had a Realtek RTL 8168E chip on it.If you want the latest driver go to Realtek's website and grab it from there. Also realtek's spec says this is supposed to support 9k jumbo frames.Card does not have the extensive electronics on it as Intel's CT 1000, however it is one third the price. |

TP-Link TG-3468 Gigabit PCIe Network Adapter
Cons:- No 9k frames- Not well supported on other OS
Pros:- Cheap- Small- Efficient Comment:
This is a good NIC for the price, its small size ensures easy installation on crammed motherboards, it is very cheap and can be PMd for less. The only downside is the lack of support for 9k jumbo frames, but I still was able to have an average 50MB/s sustained write speed on a SATA2 drive (10GB file). |

TP-Link TG-3468 Gigabit PCIe Network Adapter
Cons:None
Pros:Very cheapGigabit Comment:
I looked for the cheapest gigabit adapter, and found this. The card worked fine as soon as I plugged it in. It does not seem to require cat6 cables to achieve speeds higher than 100 Mbps, which is a problem I have had on other adapters. Apart from a driver issue caused by windows update, the card works fine, and I am quite happy with it. |

TP-Link TG-3468 Gigabit PCIe Network Adapter
Cons:Defaults to a boot device.
Pros:cheap after PM, PCIe, small, gigabit Comment:
A good cheap PCIe gigabit network card, especially for the price after PM. Realtek 8111 chipset, but wouldn't expect anything more for the price. Only works at gigabit speeds after you update driver using windows update . Included win7 drivers makes it run at 100mbps. Also, initially defaults to a boot rom of some sort. Have to press shift+F4 or something after post, and change it to no boot. |

TP-Link TG-3468 Gigabit PCIe Network Adapter
Cons:
Realtek chipset adequate but not industry-leading
Pros: Low-costSmall form-factor Comment:
I bought this at another retailer because of an immediate need. It worked out-of-the-box on Red Hat Linux 5 with no need for additional drivers. This card uses a Realtek chipset which is the lowest costs gigabit chipset, but I wouldn't expect any different from a sub-$20 NIC. |
I bought this card because my motherboard network adapter disapear randomly, after i install the card, the motherboard and the new network card appear and install themself automatically.
