TP-Link TL-R480T+ Dual WAN Load Balancing Router
Cons:Terrible English translations on some configuration pagesDynamic DNS automatic update  function does not workLAN ports are 10/100, not gigabitPointless serial port on the front panel (come on, it's the 20th century already)

Pros:WAN selection based on response time, IP connection persistence and application persistence (I take the latter to mean protocol)3 VLAN configurations (isolates 0, 1 or 2 LAN ports from the other(s))LAN port mirroringFirewall can filter by IP, MAC address, and domainICMP, UDP and TCP DOS attack filtering with configurable threshold valuesBlockable ping both inbound and outboundDesktop- or Rack-mountable (comes with detachable brackets) Excellent price for what you get (though I paid more for it elsewhere)
Comment:
I bought this some time ago so that I could connect my network to both of my ISPs (Shaw and Telus), together seamlessly and without a lot of headaches setting up some sort of PC-based router. It has been working well, though it does have a few idiosyncrasies. In my opinion the biggest problem with this device is that many of the "Help panes" displayed on the side of the configuration web pages are poorly translated to English. The actual fields are better, though not perfect (but don't let that scare you). The User Guide isn't much better, though it is long and detailed. Anyone reasonably knowledgeable in the networking field should be able to figure it out for the most part.My needs are simple: I just want to balance the loads relatively equally. This is easier said than done since one ISP is twice as fast as the other, so it ends up with 2/3 of the data. I don't use the more sophisticated features (port mirroring, etc) so I can't comment on them.I have not applied the latest firmware update  so it's possible that some issues have been addressed. Mine is the earlier one (of only two out, the last time I checked). Overall I'm very happy with this router.
