Cons:Drivers on CD won't help you on a netbook.

Pros:Small, portable, works great

I didn't think I would ever be buying a dial up modem again, but a customer needed one for his netbook he uses in a rural location.Its small, and functions perfectly. Would definitely buy again.

I bought this for use with a netbook when I'm at the cottage. It was easy to set up under Win 7 Starter. Although an install disk was included, there is no optical drive in the netbook, so I downloaded the driver from the Trendnet site. this device works perfectly and provides good signal strength. Probably as good as any dial up modem.
