I've had this model running for 6 months 24/7 with no real issues except that the case gets hot but recently we had a 4 hour power outage and the UPS died. I opened it up and the battery voltage was extremely low and a trace on the board was completely fried along with a transistor. I contacted Tripp Lite and they sent me a new one, no questions asked, no proof of purchase, no serial number and no RMA number. They didn't even want the defective unit returned. I gave this model a satisfactory rating because I question it's reliability especially when you need it the most. Tripp Lite customer support is great!
