The chill mat works great, is not too loud, and is the right dimensions to fit under my 8.9 inch netbook. The only down side is that its height is more than I expected so it makes the computer sit up quite high. |

Targus chill pad

I've owned several of these over the years and none have lasted over three months. The weak link seems to be the power supply cord and the female connector in the pad it's self. Can't be fixed and you can't buy a replacement cord. |
Purchased the mat for my wife and she says it works great.
