Targus Lap Chill Mat Notebook Cooler

Cons: Find the USB cable a little cheap.

Pros: Quiet, good construction, good air-flow.

Comment:
Works well with my 17" laptop, it over-hangs a bit. Relatively quiet, I can hear it but its not too loud. Good deal if you can get it on sale.
