This is purely designed for home users. I am a home user however, I demanded a little more feature than this can offered. Pros: Reliable, fast, responsive, and easy to setup. More feature than other NAS Cons: Does not offer control features within the folder. (Folder size limit) I noticed it offered in Thecus N4100Pro but not on N3200Pro model. |

get the 4 bay one instead

this seems like a good box and does what it promises, but it lacks the feature that's crucial for the ease of your future storage management - array roaming. some of the advertising is misleading about this. |
I bought this and really liked the price and feature set. However, after updating the firmware, the drives no longer spin down at all and I'm scared of what this means long term for my data. No word or help from thecus on this issue and its impossible to downgrade to the previous firmware :(
