Great Budget Cooler
Comment:
My parents AMD 4400x2 cpu was running quite hot. Over 70C at full load! The computer would have to shut itself down because it was so hot. I put this cooler in, along with some arctic silver 5 thermal paste(the heatsink did have thermal paste on it, but I like arctic silver)and now it doesn't get much higher than 54C on load! It used to be idling at that temp. It was quite easy to install as well. Overall, a great value. |

Works well
Comment:
This cooler is quite large but it works well. I've had it about a year and it is working fine. |

Work but too BIG to fit on the MB
Comment:
Work just fine as expect for this price but the unit is too big. You may have hard time with RAM upgrade on a small mother board. I replaced with another CPU fan. |

Does exactly as it's suppose to
Comment:
I bought this for a new computer build. My brother in law did most of the assembly, and said there was no need to spend a lot if I wasn't going to be overclocking. This is what I ordered, he said it was the same on he had in his computer and would be perfect. I've had no problems at all, it's quiet, and seems to do the job. |

OK, But Be Careful
Comment:
I bought this unit for an new build, Looks great, works great, but does not seat properly on the chip. PC kept overheating and I could not figure out why. Then when I removed it, I noticed it does not seat properly because of the fins like others do. There is about a 1-16 gap between them. I bought another brand and it works perfectly. |

ONLY RAN FOR 1 DAY AVOID
Comment:
Huge fan and sink combo so big it blocked a ram slot but that was not the issue ran fine during system setup. Died the next day and almost ruined the CPU. I will NEVER buy anything from this manufacturer again. |

cheap and works good
Comment:
this fan isn't the quietest I have ever seen (closer to the loudest end of the scale) but it does a nice job cooling my CPU which is most important, can actually feel the air drawing in from the vent in my case from this fan :P |

Good Overclocker Heatsink
Comment:
Don't put this fan into a slim case or anything smaller than a standard desktop or tower because it is taller than the standard CPU heatsinks. It isn't the quietest thing, but made overclocking possible. Well made. |

Good if you're on a budget
Comment:
It works as expected. Very cheap and gets the job done. If you're on a budget this is a good buy. If you have the money, there are better out there. |

I love this cooler!
Comment:
I've been using this with my dual core AthIon 2.7ghz for 6 months now, and it is the quietest part of my computer. I do a lot of folding with my computer, and this fan only has to run at 800 RPM under full load to keep my processor cool. My procesor has never gone above 55C. |

good
Comment:
it is big and gets in the way of things, but it performs great, the only small thing is the fan blade exposer, i had to make sure all my wires were clear of the fan, which in reality is a must on any fan. |

Not Bad At All
Comment:
Bought this to go with a barebones kit; its kind of big, so make sure your memory doesn't connect with the sides |

3rd one, or is it the 4th
Comment:
Have bought many of these fans. haven't had a problem with any of them. And I love the price! Comes with heat compound already on the heat sink, read for the cpu. |
my AMD 6000x2 is nice and cool. However, this cooler is a little on the large side.
