Cons:Probably doesn't do much, if anything.

Pros:It's a gasket.It seals leaks!Easy enough to install if your careful.

I bought this seperate only to find out one was included with my 120.3 radiator! O well, it's only $6. It fits fine enough, the glue is super sticky so you have to be careful when applying the gasket to the rad as you only get one chance. Start at one screw hole, line it up and press the gasket down, then stretch it to the next screw hole and press down again. Repeat.
