Cons:high price...
Pros:it works, good for budget build Comment:
this drive was purchased as a boot drive for a build. serves its purpose very well. pretty expensive for a 500gig though. just a few years back, they were only 40bux |

Toshiba DT01ACA050 500GB SATA3 7200RPM 32MB Cache 3.5IN Internal Hard Disk Drive HDD
Cons:none
Pros:cheap500gb is enough for most people Comment:
there isn't much to say about this drive, i had a limited budget to build a friend pc, so i chose this drive because it was one of the cheapest. right now it's use as a system drive but once my friend move to a ssd, this will be used for storage |

Toshiba DT01ACA050 500GB SATA3 7200RPM 32MB Cache 3.5IN Internal Hard Disk Drive HDD
Cons:none so far
Pros:For the price I decided to give Toshiba a try over WD and Seagate Comment:
Does the job without breaking the bank, cost less than WD or Seagate and runs quiet with reasonable speed. Used for a basic PC build where even 500GB is overkill. Will see about the reliability as time goes on. |

Toshiba DT01ACA050 500GB SATA3 7200RPM 32MB Cache 3.5IN Internal Hard Disk Drive HDD
Cons:Size. If you store moves you can use up the space very fast.
Pros:Hold up well to stress. Comment:
This hard drive will last a long time. In the time that I have used it I have not seen a performance drop over the course of its life. A good system defragmentation helps a lot with performance. |
Not the fastest hard drive out there but does they job I needed to replace a hard drive in an older computer I bought one of these its quite I had no problems imaging it has ran great and now don't have to hear that ticking noise from the old hard drive
