Card works fantastic and seems rapid. No troubles. When applied with the adapter, it doesn't generally perform. Tried working with in built-in reader in an nc6400 HP laptop but it fails. But card+adapter functions in other devices. Not sure if it's HP's fault or Transcend's, although other adapters work in the HP....

Functions wonderful. Formatted shows 7.46GB. Read and write speeds are fine (not fairly the 15MBps the packaging promises but that's not what I went in expecting). Applied through an adapter for PSP storage and it fills the function just fine. Comes with an SD adapter included, it seems fine. Not a lot to say, it's a fairly easy device, and does its job perfectly, and didn't expense quite substantially at all. The packaging is annoying, had to get out a knife to open. I hate packaging like this.

Following 1 year of solid daily use, this little card is still keeping up with my HTC Hero android telephone, which I use as a USB flash drive, camera, etc. Can't think of any. Somebody stated the card reader is a speed bottleneck. I don't know, I haven't tested that. It doesn't affect my existing implementation of this flash memory, but I'll test it if I start working with it in my camera.

Worked for practically a year 8gb MicroSD worked for almost a year and then random errors started popping up. Would not format. The card came with a 'lifetime' warrant from Trasncend so I completed their online form and followed their directions step by step, including printing their prepared mailing label with RMA #. Two weeks later, I receive the whole envelope back un-opened marked "Refused-Return to Sender" by Transcend with no explanation. From the looks of it from other negative reviews, they have opened the RMA package, broken the card in half and send it back to the consumer as "unrepairable". Now it looks like they don't even bother opening up the package and just mark it "return to sender" to save the postage costs. Somebody must bring a class action lawsuit against this firm. They have no intention of honoring their warranty.

It's quick and easy, and functions wonderful! I lost the adapter...which was a good touch till I set it down somewhere. Heat Sealed Difficult Plastic-Shell packaging was a nightmare to open...wound up cutting myself on it. Not bad for a con, the item is excellent.
