Cons:Image focus blurry during night time when the infrared lights turn on. Motion detection sensitivity is difficult to tune. Audio echoed heavily when speaker is within 10 feets of the camera mic.
Pros:Easy to setup. Pan Tilt operations greatly increase the area coverage |

Cons:horible software, cannot program it to record efficiently
Pros:good resolution, PTZ camera, great night vision Comment:
when the product works, it records and works as advertised but I would suggest to stay away from this product. the software is coded by a 2 year old, full of bugs, does not work as advertised. I had finish the setup and it was working properly until I lost the DHCP IP address, so i rebooted the product then it never recorded again! wow so wacky. |

Great wireless cam,works well,I have 2 of these,and may buy more soon.Has good range, and software is OK,have used this with a linksys and us-robotics router I have it setup so i can monitor myhouse a garage from anywhere on the net,using dyndns.The PTZ works good,but you have to set thefocus by hand. I just used a laptop to setthe focus.IE web browser works better the firefox.Trendnet make very good products |

need an external speaker which i thought it had built in
Pros: very clear video and audiovery strong signalincluded programs work great lots of features Comment:
it is tricky to setup as a wireless camera because i had tried to but it said start hard wired which i did then disconnect and it worked great but i did not have it in the area that i needed it and my router is not where it is being setup and when i unplugged it the setting were seemingly reset anyway a chat with the customer service led to a resolution and now it works great thanks for the great cam |
Compared to other IP newtork cameras with similar functions (i.e. day/night, PTZ, 2-way audio), this Trendnet camera offers the best value. Very easy to find mobile apps to contact to this camera as well.
