Turtle Beach Ear Force Z6A Multi Speaker 5.1 Gaming Headset for PC and Mac
Cons:I tend to have the controls on my lap and some of the wheels move, so I have to check it often. Just a small inconvenience.

Pros:1) Crisp and clear audio compared to the EarForce X1.2) Dedicated subwoofer which gives more accurate bass results and doesn't sound overblown compared to the EarForce X1.
Comment:
I have it set to 5.1 in Windows and the Creative mixer with Stereo Surround selected instead of Xpand. For the gaming mode I have it on Xpand though.Music from any source is more enjoyable to listen to compared to my previous headset.Only beef is the controls, but it's something I can deal with or I'll just put tape on the wheels so they don't move. I have them maxed. There should be a lid or a housing that it sits in so you don't move the settings you have. Not enough cord length to put it on the desk.Comfort is better, granted they are bigger and more bulky, but that is expected with 4 speakers in each cup.I haven't tried the mic yet, but the boom is already a plus as it curves nicely when up.I detached it a couple times, but I'm so used to taking them off to let my ears breathe that it's not a big deal if I do that.I do like the fabric padding as it doesn't cause sweating. One other problem is the amount of noise leaking outside the headset. If you're one for audio privacy, I would look into something else. It's not bad, but my X1 kept the audio contained.Connecting the headset was easy as the plugs are colour coded. The labels on the connections didn't match 100% with my Forte break out cables, so don't only go by that.I haven't tried any first person shooters with these yet, but sound positioning in Dungeon Defenders was pretty good.I can't think of anything else about this headset at the moment.I'm listening to streaming radio with them and definitely much more enjoyable.

Turtle Beach Ear Force Z6A Multi Speaker 5.1 Gaming Headset for PC and Mac
Cons:Hear your self in the headphones

Pros:Good sound, Good construction, Fits big heads, Splitter for the sound cables
Comment:
Very good headset. I have tried several and most of them don't compare. I have a big head and these fit very nicely, most headsets I try sit tight and give me a headache after a while. It comes with a splitter for the back so you don't need to constantly unplug your headset to use your speakers or visa versa.I haven't used the 5.1 surround yet as the only game I have right now is dead island, and it doesn't support it.Only complaint I have is that when you talk, you hear your self in the headphones, its built in and can't be changed.
