Cons:Took a little longer than I expected for the order to be processed.

Pros:Once processed, shipping was very fast. Product arrived in good and working condition. No international shipping fees. Saved me a lot of $ because I did not have to repurchase an expensive set of Headphones.

Comment:
The fact that they are a Canadian company that offers Interac Online as payment and that their shipping and costs are decent would make this my first online choice to purchase computer parts and accessories.
