This product was great for the price. The camera doesn't zoom in and you can't adjust the picture if you don't want the camera upside down but it has great picture quality and software for the price. I would recommed this for small rooms or businesses.

Pretty easy to setup, as far as plugging and mounting the cameras. The software is another thing. The manual does not explain or define the many different settings for the software. I was also surprised to see that Q-see does not have a support forum, they have a support most commonly asked questions but no forum. I have installed the software three times.The third was because it just stopped working. The pc exceeds the requirements for the software. I'll spend some more time and see what happens before I recommend this to someone else.

Very good for the money. Of course i wouldn't recommend it for professional use, but I use it at my place of business as a backup security cameras. very simple. Make sure the computer doesn't have an old graphics card. Remote surveillance was set up in less than 5 minutes. sweet software.
