Nice cable with no data transfer rate change, good thing some are poor and slow things down. These do not have the metal clip but are a snug fit. Short remember so be sure you have the right length or you will be out of luck but you should know better if not... data teach yea

They work. I just wish I had known that the 2nd internal hard drive is not plug and play. You have to go to disk management and add the drive. I'm learning...

I wanted short connectors because my hard drives are right next to the SATA ports on the MB. This is a good value for a two pack.

These are the best I have found. They are just right for my application when a short cable is needed. I chose the black cables but you can also get them in color. You could use a color cables for different drives. This would help in layout of your system like red for primary and blue for secondary and so on. ELL
