JUST BEAUTIFUL!
Comment:
What a Clean, Easy and Quiet Unit to use. I have always used Ultra. This was my first new build from scratch and with the new i7 920 processor, the P6T SE ASUS Mother board and 12 gb of Corsair Dominator Ram this thing just hums along doing it's job perfectly! I'm Happy!

Good PS
Comment:
This is the first time I ever used a 1,000 watt power supply. Compared to what I use to use and the demand from my NFORCE 790i SLI this is a good ps and I recommend. I've been using Ultra products for years and true to their name, this is a good product.

Simply the Best Power Supply Manufacturer
Comment:
This power supply had everything I needed and much more. I no longer have phantom blue screens of death which took me a long time to isolate to my cheap power supplies. It has connectors for everything and you only have to use the ones you need. Simply outstanding...I own 5 of these and love them all.

Very nice piece
Comment:
I bought this ps when i built my newest gaming rig. Worked perfect for about 2 days, and then i heard one of the most fear instilling sounds ever when working with a fresh build. Goes a little something like ''fffffshheeeewwwwwwwww''. Yeah, powered off all by itself and wouldnt come back on. Put an old 1000 watt supply in and it booted up no probs. Good part of the ordeal is i shipped it back (kept the cables and such) and they sent me a brand new one. Has worked fine for almost a year now.

SEXY, should be a model
Comment:
all joking aside this PSU is one of the best i have seen, it looks great, it has many connections, it has everything you would need to power a strong system. The ForceFlex cables are one of the greatest ideas i have used, it beats cable sleeveing. I RECOMMEND TO EVERYBODY

1KW Modular Quiet Beautiful Powerful Long Warranty
Comment:
What more could you want? I have this connected to a XFX 780i with a Nvidia GTX 285, everything OC'd. I have not seen the issues others have complained about but was worried about it. PSU doesn't break a sweat after long gaming marathons, not one BSOD or other errors with COD WAW, BF2, CS, COD MW and many others. Very easy to install with modular plugs, I wanted to add a second GTX 285 later and needed more power. Single Rail was another selling point. Was a great deal too. I hope to keep this a long long time. No issues with my GTX 285.

Lemon?
Comment:
Having skimped on PSU's in the past, I decided to buy the 800W version of this for a new Core i7 build. It looks great and feels quite solid. Working with the modular cables is a breeze. Unfortunately, upon powering up the unit itself is generating some annoying electrical sounds audible from a distance and I suspect is what is causing major interference with my sound quality also. I'm assuming I just got a lemon but regardless, I'm returning for a Corsair box.

Sweet
Comment:
Could not be leave now simple it was to wire my computer, modular the only way to go. When I finished wiring all the extra cables were left in the box and not a big mess inside causing air flow troubles or collecting dust. Best of all if I have to add somthing more I not have to work around and excess wires. Manufactory's tell you about voltage loss like your computer all never work right with a modular POWER SUPPLY, you won't. The manfactories don't want to change. If it ain't a modular PSU I ain't buying it.

Great Product
Comment:
High power, cheap price, great modular design for keeping your case looking clean and a sleek black mirror finish for looks; what's not to like about this PSU? I'm running S-L-I on GTX 260's and this PSU handles everything with ease. Buy now while supplies last.

GTX 280 Failure
Comment:
THIS DOES NOT WORK WITH THE GTX 280 GPU. I read the rave reviews this PSU got, and heard about the cool ''modular'' design from a few of my friends and figured that the fact that it was made by Ultra merited the cost. Do a search for ''gtx 280 x3 ultra'' and save yourself the headache of having to diagnose every component in your rig before you finally discover that the Ultra PSU, the one that was supposed to be high quality and long lasting, just didn't jive with your GPU. Go with another brand of PSU. You'll sleep (and game) better.

Amazing power for it's price
Comment:
This power supply is an amazing value for its price. Love the cable management, very easy to use. However recommend connecting all cables before installing the actual PSU. Very difficult to install otherwise. The fan is pretty quiet, however it does have electrical noise (buzzing) that is somewhat bothersome. Not totally what I expected for the noise, but great ULTRA product none the less.

Great Power Supply!
Comment:
I installed this PSU about a week ago. And I have to say that I love it! Lots of cables, plenty of power for upgrades, looks awesome with its black chrome finish, and the price was very good too. This is my first Ultra product, and I was a little nervous after reading so many mixed reviews, but I am very happy with it! Lifetime warranty if you register it! Would definitely recommend this to everyone!

Greatest Power Supply
Comment:
I have had this power supply now for two years. It has never had any problems nor has it ever been loud. Greatest bang for the buck. Although when I bought it it was more expensive. The price has gone down. I'm giving this 5 stars for value because it was cheaper than when I got it. Otherwise if more expensive I would have given it four stars for Value. Still don't let the price turn you away. You will not be dissappointed. Especially all the cable options on this power supply. System specs: XFX 680I LT SLI MB WD 640 GB HDD 8800 GTX OC2 SLI Q6600 2.4 overclocked to 3.2 4 gigs PI Black Artic Cooler Freezer 7 Pro

Excellent high end PSU
Comment:
Terrific power supply overall. Shiny (which I like) and very nice selection of fully modular connectors. The included zip ties and flexibility of the cables really helped me manage to squeeze this somewhat large psu into an ATX mid tower case. Also runs fairly cool, but I currently have only one GPU and a single internal HDD compared to my end goal of 3 GPU's and 4 or 5 internal HDD's, but the 1000W rating should handle it well. Only complaint is it doesn't have a blue led fan to match the rest of mine but it's open enough you can see the light from inside bleed through...so I suppose I'll survive.

Very very very good.
Comment:
I have a quad core with 12 GB Ddr3, 2 500GB hard drives, videocard is 280, and this power supply is working extremely great. I'm always scared to get not enough power because in few months i will add a sound card and a second monitor and a tablet and 2 more hard drives and i do want to worry about changing the power supply!

System Fixed
Comment:
I could not be more pleased. This was an upgrade from an 850W and boy what a relief. I have had trouble with shutdowns running benchmark software and games. Very simple change over to the 1000W (modular). Only a couple of amps difference on the imput side! Thanks Tiger!! and Ultra!!

A very exceptional power supply.
Comment:
I had an earlier version of this power supply in my machine for 2 years before a random power surge fried it. Despite not getting an extended warranty of any kind, the guys at Ultra sent me a new one to replace the old. I'll say this much - the 3-year warranty already on it is a godsend for moments like this. The new one works like a charm, and much like the original, is one of my favorite supplies I've had the pleasure of using in my machine.
